Birdies
for Charity is a fundraising program orchestrated by Northern
Ohio Golf Charities that gives participating organizations the
opportunity to generate contributions through the World Golf
Championships -- Bridgestone Invitational. Funds are generated by
soliciting pledges from individuals.
Birdies for Charity
will return again at the World Golf Championships – Bridgestone
Invitational August 3-9, 2009 at Firestone Country Club to let golf
fans put their guessing skills to the test. Operated by Northern
Ohio Golf Charities Inc., Birdies for Charity invites select
non-profit organizations to seek pledges, either as a dollar amount
per birdie made during the 4 rounds of competition at the tournament
or as a fixed amount. For more information on participating in the
